I enjoy beer, but I don’t get to drink as much as I used to. Now I concentrate on quality instead of quantity and the Frederick Brewing Co. provides some quality beer.

The seasonal brews tend to be stronger in alcohol, the better to warm us, and frequently are sweetened with spices and other flavorings. They’re available for only a few months.
